Start the engine

engine speed = idling

Advanced Measured Values

select item in menu: IDEXXXXX - temperature of cooling liquid - radiator outlet

TIP! For easier search in the menu, enter the code IDE, ENG or MAS into the "Filter" window


required value:

temperature of cooling liquid - radiator outlet - actual value (-XX°C .. + XXX°C)

(values must rise smoothly, it is recommended to use a graphics display for this function)

TIP! Move the line and connector connection on the sensor and observe whether the values do not change sharply


if values are not achieved - check component:
- cooling temperature sensor - radiator outlet
- wiring
- connector connections
- connector - measure resistance between terminals - required values:

XX°C - XX °C = X,X kOhm
XX°C - XX°C = X,X kOhm
