- intake system - tightness = OK

connect with the control unit XX - engine

Start

select item in menu: IDEXXXXX - Test - exhaust recirculation

mechanical gearbox: depress and hold: clutch pedal
automatic transmission: depress and hold: brake pedal

activate default settings

follow the diagnostics instructions

desired condition: open / closed

In the Basic Settings window, click Measured values and select the items you want to visualize.

IDEXXXXX - exhaust gas return valve X- actual value
IDEXXXXX - Intake air mass sensor X

Monitor the difference in the values during active and inactive regulation IDEXXXXX

required values:

IDEXXXXX = active (>XX%) / inactive
IDEXXXXX - differential pressure - active / inactive > XXX mh/stroke

- exhaust gas return valve
- wiring
- execute function: basic settings - Low-pressure exhaust gas return valve
