Diagnostic procedure

- air filter - clean
- coolant temperature > XX°C
- intake system - tightness - OK
- engine speed = idling
observe the occupation safety rules when taking a test drive with connected diagnostics tester
connect with the control unit XX - engine
XX - Basic settings
select item in drop-down menu: IDEXXXXX - Automatic test procedure
Start
follow the diagnostics instructions
required values: Successfully completed
if values are not achieved -> check of error memory
continue
Advanced Measured Values
select item in menu:
IDEXXXXX - filling pressure - required value - PUT_SP
IDEXXXXX - filling pressure - actual value - PUT_MES
TIP! For easier search in the menu, enter the code IDE, ENG or MAS into the "Filter" window
from XXXX rpm, accelerate in Xrd gear to about XXXX rpm - full load - accelerator pedal = XXX%
desired condition:
IDEXXXXX (filling pressure - actual value) = IDEXXXXX (filling pressure - required value) ± XXX mbar
if values are not achieved - check component:
- turbo blower
- filling pressure sensor
- tightness of line
- air filter - clean
- coolant temperature > XX°C
- intake system - tightness - OK
- engine speed = idling
connect with the control unit XX - engine
